N-400 Naturalization/Citizenship Application

      Permanent residents that seek to apply for United States Citizenship may file form N-400. In order to use Form N-400 the permanent resident must fulfill several requirements. Individuals that do not provide correct information may face consequences including denial of the application, stiff penalties and a potential deportation. Form N-400 (Application for Naturalization) may also be known as USCIS Form N-400, N 400, Form N400 or immigration form N-400.
