Elaine Sy received her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from University of California, Irvine. Elaine has been working for Global Law Group since 1998, acquiring over 13 years of experience in handling employment-based including EB5 filings and regional center applications as well as family-based petitions. Elaine is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and Taiwanese. Elaine is i n charge of all aspects of Consultation Department’s activities. |

Elaine Mo is a member of the State Bar of Illinois and the American Bar Association. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from University of California, Riverside and she received her Juris Doctor with concentration in Business Transactions from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Michigan. She received her LL.M. in Tax Law from Chicago-Kent College of Law in Illinois. Elaine is fluent in Mandarin. |
Amber Donahue, Consultation Coordinator

Amber Donahue earned her Bachelor’s degree in Television Writing and Producing from Columbia College in Chicago. She previously worked in London for an American immigration law firm before joining Global Law Group in July 2010. Amber handles prospective inquiries from developers and business principals who want to establish regional centers or utilize the EB-5 structure for businesses, as well as inquiries from investors regarding EB-5 filings. |

Sandy Whang joined Global law Group in August 2010. She graduated college in Hong Kong and has over fifteen years of experience in customer service and marketing, Sandy is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin dialect. Sandy handles prospective inquiries from investors regarding EB-5 filings and inquiries from developers and business principals regarding regional center setup. |
